Conference fee (370 EURO)

includes:
a) Registration fee (75 EURO), which covers conference materials and conference attendance,
b) Fee for transportation, food and social activities (295 EURO), which covers transfers airport-Cavtat and Cavtat-airport, lunches and coffee breaks during the Conference lecture days, Welcome and Farewell dinner, as well as Guided trip to neighboring archipelago and visit to Dubrovnik.

Deadlines

Application and abstract submission deadline is March 15, 2008. NEW
Early registration deadline is March 15, 2008. 
From March 16, 2008 all the fees will be 15% higher.

Cancellations

All cancellations of registration must be written and addressed to the Secretariat. No other means of cancellation will be considered. 
For cancellations received before May 1, 2008 , there will be a 80% registration fee refund.

The Exchange rate is available online from the Croatian National Bank .

Posters

Dimensions of the poster board are 100 (width) x 150 (length) cm.
An organized poster viewing and discussion will be held daily.
